1. how do I become a member of the robert jones beauty academy?
in order to become a member of the robert jones beauty academy you need to purchase an exclusive robert jones beauty academy membership. memberships are available in three different levels at both a monthly and a yearly price point. to view pricing, features, and benefits, please visit the membership levels page.
2. I entered my name and email address into the site, but I keep getting error messages!! I thought I was a member!
if you have visited the robert jones beauty academy site and “just” entered your name and email address (meaning, you did not go to the shopping cart and make a membership purchase), then you are not a member of the academy and will not be able to login as a member to view the course videos in their entirety. however, you should have received the very first course lesson for FREE and you are on track to receive some occasional tips, tricks, and updates from the academy via your email!!!

3. I forgot my password and attempted to login several times. now my account is blocked!!! how do I get unblocked??
your account was blocked because there were 8 consecutive login attempts using the incorrect password. after this happens, the academy is designed to lock the account for 60 minutes to help ensure that the wrong people are not able to perform "robot attacks" and gain access to your account. simply wait 60 minutes and try logging in again with the correct password. you should gain instant access into the academy again.
however, if you have forgotten your password, please complete the following steps to select a new password of your choosing:
- click on the following link: reset my password
- click the "forgot password" button
- enter your email address in the text box and click the "send password" button
- you should then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password
- follow the steps in the email and then login with the correct username and your new password
4. is the master class course completed?
the entire “master class” course features 23 tutorials in stunning HD. if you login to the academy and see they are not all there yet, we are currently unveiling a new course video every 2 weeks until all the videos are there.
the last level, “working like a pro”, will continue to inspire and delight, but is a little further down the road. this course is designed for the aspiring makeup artist.
